Start Technologies Europe I.G.’s management team is comprised of professionals with decades of experience in major corporations, entrepreneurial companies and research-based organizations.

Daniele Brazzi – President, CEO & Director

Mr. Daniele Brazzi has greatly contributed to development of the Start device. He has studied in general electronics, electrical engineering, and applied electronics. He has developed bio-resonance equipment to be used for the treatment of pathogens, eye scanners to detect early disease in the human body, and has participated in developing precise orthopaedic equipment for the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute of Bologna.

Following these achievements, Mr. Brazzi gained interest in the automotive sector, where he experimented with closed combustion engines for over 10 years. This research resulted in a unique theory in emissions reduction, which has been tested with major car manufacturers such as Mercedes, Scania, PSA, FIAT, and MAN. To date, Mr. Brazzi has installed more than 800 units in countries around the world, including Italy, Germany, France, England, Ireland, Canada, Switzerland, Hungary, Brazil, Argentina, Sweden, Egypt, Morocco and China.

His most recent achievement was the perfection of the Start Technologies Europe I.G. technology; the only technology available which has achieved the approval of the Italian Ministry of Transport, and has passed all government tests such as the EPA 75, the UN / ECE, LQ4, NATO 16.

Domenico Chiovitti – V.P. Research & Development

Mr. Chiovitti graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1967. From 1967 to 1992, Mr. Chiovitti was a Senior Chemist and supervisor of the Petro Canada Laboratory in Montreal. Mr. Chiovetti controlled and researched new products, specifically Vanadium Pentoxyde derived from fly ash. Furthermore, he was responsible in the design and development of a method to control CO & CO2 levels for industrial gas discharges into the environment, while collaborating with the Center of Emissions Control. Mr. Chiovitti is a member of the Order of Chemists since 1979.

Jay Almeida – Board Member

Mr. Almeida is a specialist in international business development, with a focus on Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States and Canada. From 1979 to 1991, he held executive positions with a family of banks in Latin America and the Caribbean, where he focused on business development, startup growth strategies, marketing and sales and product management. During a 10-year period, he increased bank revenues by more than 300 percent.

Mr. Almeida resides in Florida and has been President and CEO of PHN Group since 1990. PHN Group consists of five companies specializing in different aspects of international business and trade.He is also President, CEO and Chairman of the International Business Council of Florida (IBCF), the largest business organization in the state with 53,000 members and nearly 300 Strategic Alliance Partners across Florida and in several countries. Since 1999, he has been IBCF’s Ambassador of Commerce of Florida for all Latin American and Caribbean countries.

Mr. Almeida has a Bachelor of Economics Degree in Macro Economics from the University of Chicago; a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Santa Úrsula, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; a Master’s Degree in Communication & Marketing from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in Santiago, Chile; and PhD’s in Engineering Economics from Germany’s Bonn University and in International Business from Toulouse University in France.
